Evening Networking Events
EAST Seminar is all about learning from - and collaborating with - your fellow facilitators. By day, participants
will attend stellar educational sessions and engage in thought-provoking roundtable discussions. By night, you
will have the opportunity to join in on some exciting networking opportunities!
Tuesday - Meet & Mingle
Join EAST staff and facilitators for an early kick-off to EAST Seminar 2023! Skip the registration lines
and meet us on site for an evening reception filled with networking opportunities and hors d’oeuvres.
5:30 - 7:30 pm
Wednesday - Meetup @ Mainline
Grab dinner on the town and meet us back at the Mainline Bar (located on the track-side of Oaklawn) for
games, snacks and socializing. This is an event you won’t want to miss!
6:30 - 8:30 pm
Thursday - EAST Seminar Social
Jump back in time and head to the Mid-America Science museum to experience the magic of Toytopia! This
one-of-a-kind exhibit showcases the world’s largest Etch A Sketch, retro arcade games, and even a
life-sized dollhouse. Tickets for this event are $25 at the door and will include food and beverages.
Proceeds will also benefit the EAST Scholarship Fund.
